I just want to say Jacob was outstanding with doing what he could to get me in a vehicle. He was very quick to respond to emails and answer all my questions. Unfortunately I wasn't able to complete my purchase. I would recommend this company to anyone trying to get into a automobile.

My family has done alot of business with Todd (the owner) over the years, he and his team are very honest people, which unfortunately is not common in the auto industry. I highly recommend him/ Phillips Auto to anyone here in the valley.

Buying a vehicle sight unseen is always risky. The folks at Phillips were great. They sent me photos of everything I asked for. They set up financing and had the truck all ready and paperwork in order when I arrived. Vehicle was exactly as promised and they made it smooth and easy. A small issue came up after the sale and they stepped right up and handled it. I've had great luck since the sale with my Ford Excursion. I would absolutely buy from them again.

Highly recommend Phillips Auto the service was fast and Braden was helpful on getting my daughter low monthly payments which helped out a lot since she was starting college. We did have a few issues with the car after buying it mind you the car was AS IS but Todd and Braeden was super helpful on fixing all of the issues that arose on it. They even went out of their way to come and pick up the car to fix it and then when done drove it almost halfway to Lewiston to drop off the car to my daughter and made sure it had a full tank for her:) I will definitely be sending people to Phillips Auto who are in need of a car.

Oil light came on and I called the shop for an oil change for my diesel pickup. They were scheduled out for over a week.
